• Fixed some Errors & incorporated suggestions from various offices.
• Add Certificate in Pay Fixation Statement.
• Given a provision for pay fixation using stepped up pay in option B
• Given a provision for give an increment after arriving the pay in next stage in higher scale.  

Update Note: Important
This update is a continuation of my first update of this software. So If you are going to update the software for the first time use the first update (Update Version 3.1 Build 36) first and then this update. Those who are already updated the software using  Version 3.1 Build 36, need only the second update. Please note that the Build 36 update will replace your existing data.

This program can be used to prepare any kind of arrear billing except Leave Surrender arrear. It is now updated with the latest changes according to the latest LTS. Existing users can download this update. This Update contains the provision for taking bank statement for arrear claims. Users can generate bank statement, bank format (CSV) file and mail this file to the bank. This update will not replace your data, even-though, you are recommended to backup your data before doing this update.

To Backup data Click the Backup database button in the Settings screen or Copy the PRArrDB.MDB file from the application path.

Release Notes.

[First release]

This program is a quick round modification of my existing Pay Fixation software.

Due to time constraints, only necessary changes were made to the existing program.

A detailed study is not made on the latest pay revision orders. So please forgive me,

if you are struck up with an error, and please feel free to intimate the error occurred in
detail, stating the nature of the error with a sample work around. I will try
to rectify the error in future releases.

[Second Release]

The software is updated with most recent settings and now Smart Payfixation is fully customizable. You can add new designation and assign a scale. A settings option added. So that this software can be used till the pay fixation rules are changing. Most of the cases are handled. If you have still problems with this software please intimate me in detail.
